Bridget Moynahan has revealed the name of her newborn son with New England Patriots quarterback, Tom Brady.  Moynahan named the child Jonathan Edward Thomas Moynahan, and has conspicuously left off Brady’s surname.  Brady might not have gotten the memo, however because during a preseason game against the Carolina Panthers, he told the crowd his son’s name was Jonathan Brady.  Ouch.

I guess that was her revenge for dating Giselle Bundchen and being absent during her pregnancy.

Angelina Jolie made a surprising trip to Iraq this week to visit U.S. troops and Iraqi refugees. Jolie, who is a Goodwill Ambassador, landed in Syria on Monday, then made her way to Iraq today. She says:

I have come to Syria and Iraq to help draw attention to the humanitarian crisis and to urge governments to increase their support for UNHCR and its partners. My sole purpose in both countries is to highlight the plight of those uprooted by the war in Iraq.

Jolie, who travelled with only her longtime bodyguard, Micky Brett, did not tell her children where she was headed.

Here’s the new video for Common’s “Drivin’ Me Wild” featuring Lily Allen. Honestly I think the song is good except for Lily’s part. Normally I like her, but in this song it’s just so high pitched and annoying. Common, as usual, is quality.

Nick Bollea (Hogan) was released from the hospital earlier this morning with minor injuries.  His passenger in the car, however is still in the hospital in critical contion.  Linda Hogan, mother of Nick, released a satement regarding her son’s recent accident.

My son Nick and a friend were involved in a car accident last night. Nick suffered minor injuries and has been treated and released from the hospital. At this time, his friend, John Graziano remains hospitalized. Nick is currently at the hospital with John and his family. His sole concern is for the well being of his friend. On behalf of my family, we ask that your thoughts and prayers be with John and his loved ones.

How can you be ok after an accident like that?  I mean the car was completely destroyed and he had to be airlifted to the hospital.  He must have some kind of luck, but his friend was not so fortunate.  TMZ reported that in the year that he’s had his license, he was caught speeding 4 times!

Nick has been caught doing 115 mph in 70 mile zone, 57 in a 30, and 106 in a 70!

Hopefully he won’t be driving so fast down the street next time.   He’s lucky he got out of it alive, and didn’t crash into any innocent vehicles.  It’s a public road, not some NASCAR speedway.

Charlie Sheen says that a family day with his daughters was ruined by one of Denise Richards’ spies.  Sheen attended a benefit event in Malibu on Saturday with his kids, his fiance Brooke Mueller, and a court assigned chaperon who happened to be Richards’ assistant.  He says:

Here is my and Brooke’s weekend with [daughters Sam and Lola] being sullied by one of her spies.

That is the thing I have to put a stop to. I can’t spend quality time – times I’m never going to get again – quite frankly being observed by a perfect stranger.

Sheen says he hopes to sort out the custody issues in court, so that he can have a better relationship with his daughters.

There’s got to be a good reason why the court would have ordered an escort in the first place, no?  Also, why does Denise Richards need an assistant?  Bitch doesn’t even have a job.

Owen Wilson released a statement today about his recent hospitilization over a rumored suicide attemtp.  He says:

I respectfully ask that the media allow me to receive care and heal in private during this difficult time.

Earlier in the day, he was visited in the hospital by brothers Luke and Andrew, as well as Samuel L. Jackson.

Nick Bollea, son of wrestler Hulk Hogan was seriously injured in a car crash Sunday evening in Clearwater, Florida. Bollea, 17,  was driving his Toyota Supra in at high speeds when he lost control and crashed into a raised median and then slammed into a plam tree.  The car was completely destroyed. Bollea and a male passenger were flown to a hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida where they remain in serious condition.

This is from The Nationral Enquirer, so take it for what it’s worth, but they are reporting that Owen Wilson is in the hospital after a rumored suicide attempt.  A source says that Wilson sliced his left wrist and took pills, but was discovered by a family member and rushed to St. John’s Hospital in Santa Monica.   Wilson was reportedly in grave condition when he arrived at the hospital, but is now stabilized and will be heading to detox.

Holy cow! I never would have thought Owen Wilson would do something like that.  Hopefully he will be ok and everything works out for him.

Lame title; I know.  Anyways, rapper DMX, real name Earl Simmons, got his house raided by police on Friday after they were tipped off that his dogs were living in inhumane conditions.  Authorities said they gave a prior warning to improve the conditions at the house, or else they would take further action.  When police returned to his house, they discovered three dead dogs, and seized several pitt bulls from the home.

No arrests were made.

DMX’s laywer, Murray Richman said that police did not give any warning they were going to raid the house, and claims that the rapper has not been at that house for several months.  He says that a caretaker was supposed to be looking after the dogs, and DMX was distraught when he found out they weren’t being taken care of.

We had a caretaker that wasn’t taking care, that’s what happened.  He loves dogs — he loves these animals. Those dogs are practically his family.

I can believe he loves dogs, because DMX is really kind of weird about dogs in the same way cat ladies are weird about cats.  I mean every song he is singing about dogs or ruffing like a dog or having dogs in his videos.  He just seems to me to be a little touched, if you get my drift.  I will give him the benefit of the doubt though, but if he is involved in dogfighting, then it’s ON.
