Howard K. Stern has filed a creditor claim on asking for 6% of any money recovered from Anna Nicole Smith’s late husband, Howard J. Marshall’s estate.  Stern says the 6% is for his legal fees when he represented Smith in the lawsuit against Marshall’s family for his $500 million fortune.

Anna Nicole Smith’s daugther, Dannielynn is the sole benefactor to any money collected from the Marshall estate.

Stern says that he cannot find a job after everything that has happened, and is relying on his family for financial support.

Well, the dad did most of the talking, but you know the real star was Dannielynn Hope.  Larry Birkhead gave an interview with Fox’s Greta Van Sustern talking about the baby, Anna Nicole, and all that jazz that you probably heard a million times already.

I guess his deal with NBC is not exclusive.

Also, she’s cute, she looks happy, and looks a lot like Anna Nicole.  I’m not gonna hate.

Larry Birkhead arrived in Louisville, Kentucky with his daughter, Dannielynn via private jet today.  A Bahamian Judge allowed Birkhead to take Dannielynn home, but he must return with her on June 8th to settle a custody dispute with the baby’s grandmother Virgie Arthur.

Birkhead says he plans on relaxing and introducing Dannielynn to his family while he is in Kentucky.  I’m sure part of his plans include giving an exclusive interview with some NBC-affiliated program at some point as well.

Larry Birkhead is already cashing in on his status as bio-daddy of Dannielynn Hope.  Page Six is reporting that Birkhead signed a $1 million deal with NBC shortly after Anna Nicole Smith’s funeral, in which he would give the network exclusives.

Birkhead is heading to L.A. with Dannielynn and will reportedly give an interview to NBC.  A source says:

They’ll be on board a Bravo-funded plane along with Howard K. Stern and the network is planning some kind of big interview.

NBC-Universal made the deal with Larry right after the funeral. NBC did it through their entertainment division so there wouldn’t be any uproar about it coming from news.

I hope he saves some of that money to pay his lawyer.

Virgie Arthur is a silly ho.  She tried to block Larry Birkhead from leaving the Bahamas with his daughter, Dannielynn, after the courts said he could take her.  Arthur filed a last-minute appeal, but the Judge was having none of it.

He called her a stupid fool and tapped her on the back of her head with is gavel, as punishment for being a dumb ho.  Actually, he didn’t do that, but I wish he did.

The Judge only fined her $3,000 for wasting the court’s time.

Larry Birkhead and his daughter, Dannielynn, will appear in the latest issue of OK! magazine. In the article, Birkhead talks a bit about how Howard K. Stern is helping out:

People blame Howard a lot, but Anna had her own mind too. I’m thankful that everyone gets along now for Dannielynn.

‘It seems unlikely but he’s been a great help. He’s been with Dannielynn the last several months. He knows her likes and dislikes and things that could help me.

‘He gives me credit when I’m doing good things and gives me tips on things I should do a little different.’

I guess it is good that Stern is helping but I still find him creepy as hell.

Larry Birkhead is free to take his daughter, Dannielynn home to Los Angeles, however he must return to the Bahamas for a hearing on June 8.  Virgie Arthur has reportedly been trying to use the courts to keep Dannielynn in the Bahamas  unless Birkhead agreed to share guardianship with her.

Score one for Birkhead.  Virgie Arthur needs to go away.  No wonder why Anna hated her so much.

Ok! has scored the first shots of Larry Birkhead with his daughter, Dannielynn.  In the article, Birkhead says that he is “looking forward to sleepless nights with Dannielynn.”  He also reveals that Howard K. Stern has been a great help transitioning his daughter to the new change.

Damn these people move fast.  Only a week since the announcement was made and he’s already scheduling photo shoots and interviews.  This dude wants his money (probably to pay his lawyers).

In other news, she looks so much like Anna.
