Virgie Arthur is just as bad as Howard K. Stern.  That is not surprising.  According to Page Six, Arthur tried to sell exclusive rights to a memorial service for her grandson, Daniel, immediately after he died in September 2006.  In email exchanges to Entertainment Tonight, a rep for Arthur tried to negotiate a deal for Arthur in exchange for money.

“She’ll go to the Bahamas if you want . . . She would like to visit the grave, and it would make pretty emotive pix of her doing so,” he writes.

Our insider said: “[Arthur] started hustling right after her grandson died . . . She started hawking exclusive access to her own memorial in Mexia for Daniel . . . She’s hunting media deals within days of her grandson’s demise, while accusing [Anna Nicole’s lawyer-turned-lover Howard K. Stern of mopping up the money.”

I’m glad Dannielynn doesn’t have contact with any of these money grubbing loonies.  With people like that in her life, it’s no wonder Anna Nicole had the troubles that she did.

Howard K. Stern has filed a creditor claim on asking for 6% of any money recovered from Anna Nicole Smith’s late husband, Howard J. Marshall’s estate.  Stern says the 6% is for his legal fees when he represented Smith in the lawsuit against Marshall’s family for his $500 million fortune.

Anna Nicole Smith’s daugther, Dannielynn is the sole benefactor to any money collected from the Marshall estate.

Stern says that he cannot find a job after everything that has happened, and is relying on his family for financial support.

Anna Nicole Smith’s mother and money grubbing attention whore, Virgie Arthur, took paparazzi along with her when she visited the grave site of Anna’s son, Daniel, on the first anniversary of his death. She also claimed that she was the only one who visited the grave that day. Howard K. Stern was having none of it, and released a statement basically calling her a money grubbing attention whore and liar. He says:

I visited Anna and Daniel twice yesterday under the cover of darkness because I did not want the media to capture my private moments with loved ones. In the early morning, I brought two baskets of flowers from Dannielynn, myself, and others. When I visited again late at night, I found plastic flowers drilled into the ground next to our flowers.

I did not want to take pictures or release any statement concerning my visits. However, Anna’s birth mother brought Splash News with her to the cemetery (or was it the other way around?) and then claimed in an interview that nobody visited Anna and Daniel.

Unfortunately, I have learned to anticipate this type of exploitative expression of alleged love and took the necessary precautions. I sincerely hope that Splash News has the decency not to make this a pattern for all future anniversaries, birthdays, and holidays.

I totally hate myself for saying this (ok not really), but I think Howard K. Stern really cared for Anna and Daniel. He seemed really devoted to them, almost in a creepy way. If you watched Anna’s short lived reality show on E!, then you could see that you’d have to be devoted to put up with that craziness.

In a shocking new tell-all, former MSNBC journalist Rita Cosby reveals that Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead were lovers.  Jackie Hatten, a close friend of Anna Nicole Smith, says she witnessed the two men engaging in oral sex.  Among some of the other allegations in the book:

Birkhead and Stern made a secret deal where Birkhead would get custody of Dannielynn and Stern would be made executor of Anna Nicole’s estate.

Anna Nicole would watch a video of Birkhead and Stern having oral sex “over and over”.  The New York Daily News reports that the a source confirmed the existence of the video.

Stern kept Anna Nicole drugged up after the death of her son, and made her sign a bunch of paperwork.

As Anna Nicole was being rushed to the hospital, Stern was already making deals with media outlets for exclusives.

Both Stern and Birkhead deny the allegations and are threatening to sue.

This story is just crazy enough to be true, and I for one would not be surprised if it were.

Larry Birkhead is already cashing in on his status as bio-daddy of Dannielynn Hope.  Page Six is reporting that Birkhead signed a $1 million deal with NBC shortly after Anna Nicole Smith’s funeral, in which he would give the network exclusives.

Birkhead is heading to L.A. with Dannielynn and will reportedly give an interview to NBC.  A source says:

They’ll be on board a Bravo-funded plane along with Howard K. Stern and the network is planning some kind of big interview.

NBC-Universal made the deal with Larry right after the funeral. NBC did it through their entertainment division so there wouldn’t be any uproar about it coming from news.

I hope he saves some of that money to pay his lawyer.

Larry Birkhead and his daughter, Dannielynn, will appear in the latest issue of OK! magazine. In the article, Birkhead talks a bit about how Howard K. Stern is helping out:

People blame Howard a lot, but Anna had her own mind too. I’m thankful that everyone gets along now for Dannielynn.

‘It seems unlikely but he’s been a great help. He’s been with Dannielynn the last several months. He knows her likes and dislikes and things that could help me.

‘He gives me credit when I’m doing good things and gives me tips on things I should do a little different.’

I guess it is good that Stern is helping but I still find him creepy as hell.

Ok! has scored the first shots of Larry Birkhead with his daughter, Dannielynn.  In the article, Birkhead says that he is “looking forward to sleepless nights with Dannielynn.”  He also reveals that Howard K. Stern has been a great help transitioning his daughter to the new change.

Damn these people move fast.  Only a week since the announcement was made and he’s already scheduling photo shoots and interviews.  This dude wants his money (probably to pay his lawyers).

In other news, she looks so much like Anna.

Larry Birkhead just announced that he is the biological father of Dannielyn Hope. Birkhead came out of the courthouse looking sad, like maybe he wasn’t going to be the father, but he pulled a fast one, and cracked a smile as he told the assembled press:

I hate to be the one to tell you this, but I told you so!

After months of legal shennanigans, it all ended today. Birkhead said in a press conference that the match was 99.999999 percent probability as he began to tear up, and said he had no plans on where he was going to raise Dannielynn.

I’m glad he’s the father cause everyone else was shady as shit. There’s going to be another court date on Friday for all the parties apparently so that Virgie Arthur can fight for custody.

Stern said he’s very disappointed about the results as he held back tears, but he says he will do what ever he can to make sure Birkhead gets sole custody. He also said that Birkhead can come over “right now” to see little Dannielynn, and aknowledged that he plans to stay in the Bahamas because he doesn’t want leave Daniel or Anna alone there. At the end he exchange a hug with Birkhead, as the crowd cheered.

Update: Virgie arthur says she wants to work with Larry to raise Dannilynn. Her lawyer, intimated that they want to share custody, and that Virgie Arthur is the only person on her maternal side, and she just wants to be her grandmother.

TMZ is reporting that the DNA results for Dannielyn Hope will be announced at 2:30 p.m. EST. Howie, Larry, and Virgie will all be there, of course. Aren’t you excited?????!!! Can you just imagine if neither of them are the daddy?
