This guy is so smart.  As you can see from the pictures, he has a gun pointed to his head.  According to USWeekly, these pictures of Jason Wahler and his friend Jay 211 were taken last summer, and show them playing Russian Roulette.  They claim the gun was loaded, and so were they.  According to a source:

We were just wasted one night and we ended up back at Jay’s house in North Hollywood.

Everyone was just playing around and they decided to play Russian Roulette. There was one bullet in the gun and Jason and Jay both pointed the gun at their heads and pulled the trigger.

Imagine if the gun had went off; the world would be rid of one more douchebag.  Eh…I shouldn’t have said that…(but it’s still kinda true).

I guess there will be no LC and Jason Wahler sextape.  SugarDVD, the porn company that offered $500,000 for the tape is retracting that offer because of Jason’s recent bad behavior.  Says the company:

We refuse to support any person who feels that it is in any way acceptable to rattle off racial slurs and slanderous language about African-American people, homosexual people and the police department.

Who knew the porn industry had such high moral standards?  Maybe they’re not releasing it because the tape’s also been described as “very vanilla” with “no hard core sex.”

Jason Wahler, of MTV’s Laguna Beach got arrested again this weekend in Washington. Wahler, who has been arrested three other times in the past nine months, allegedly started a fight at the Waterfront Marriot, and punched a security officer in the mouth. When police tried to take him into custody, he shouted racial slurs at the arresting officer, calling him “a nig**r, a fag**t, and a poor f**k.

This guy is such a winner. His parents must be so proud. I give him 2 months before he ends up in rehab.
