A Los Angeles judge has just granted full custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James to  Kevin Federline.  Britney Spears must surrender her kids over to him beginning Wednesday, October 3rd.

Previously, Spears and Federline shared 50/50 custody of the kids, and were ordered to submit to random drug and alcohol testing as well as meet with a parenting coach in order to maintain their custody rights.  However Spears, it has been reported, failed her court ordered drug tests.  KFed’s lawyer also ratted her out to the court that she was driving without a valid license, so that’s what might have caused her to lose custody.

I am so not surprised by this news.  Anyone who’s seen photos of Britney partying it up after the judge issued his strict rules knew that it was just a matter of time before she lost custody.  But if anyone told me a year ago that Britney would lose custody of her kids to KFed, I would’ve called them crazy.  My how things have changed.  Maybe this is the wake up call she needs to get her life back on track.

Meanwhile, KFed was at home throwing a birthday party for their kids, Sean who turns 2 on Friday, and Jayden who turns 1 on Wednesday.

 If that’s the case, then JJ sure is doing a crappy job of it.  I will say, however that he looks just like his older brother, Sean P.  Those Spears genes sure are strong.

Jayden James, Britney Spears’ seldom seen second son, was spotted by X17 cameras at their Malibu home.  He looks just like Sean Preston, I don’t know why Britney was keeping him under wraps so much.  I thought something was up with him for a quick second.
