Kelly Clarkson has just announced that will cancel her summer tour to promote her new album “My December”.  Clarkson made the announcement on her website, and said:

I can’t tell you how much I’ve been looking forward to getting out there to perform for y’all. In the craziness of the music business, performing is what I look forward to doing the most, so it really is disappointing for me to have to tell you that I won’t be coming out to tour this summer. The fact is that touring is just too much too soon.

But I promise you that we’re going to get back out there as soon as is humanly possible to give you a show that will be even better.

There’s no reason listed as to why she cancelled her tour, so I wonder why she did it?  Is it because Clive Davis hated the album?  Seems like lots of shit is going down around her and this album, with the recent firing of her manager among other things.  I guess the next album will be angry and angsty too?  She sure has reason to be with how things are going for her nowadays.

Someone leaked Kelly Clarkson’s new album, “My December”. I honestly don’t know why Clive Davis got his panties in a bunch over it. I wouldn’t buy it personally, but it’s not horrible. It actually sounds like what Kelly Clarkson normally does. There’s some catchy songs and some songs that sound like radio hits. Check it out for yourselves.

So it would seem the rumors of strife between Kelly Clarkson and Clive Davis over her new album are true, judging by this clip. Kelly tries to put a nice spin on it, but you know what’s really up. By the way, in that tour poster behind her she looks just like Kelly Osbourne. Not a compliment.

Here’s Kelly Clarkson’s video for “Never Again”. I’m not really feeling it. All her songs are pretty much the same: angry, angsty, and annoying. When she was Idol, she was sweet, bubbly and funny, now she’s trying to be some rocker chick. Her voice is too good for these crappy songs.

Kelly Clarkson seems like a fun girl–she’s got a nice personality and she can sing really well.  Unfortunately, in this picture (on the set of her new music video) she’s lookin’ a little trannylicious.  In fact, she kind of looks like Chyna Doll.

Not a good look.
