Britney Spears acted like Britney again today when she was supposed to show up for a custody hearing in court today. Spears was not actually required to attend, but was strongly urged to by her lawyers if she wanted to keep visitation of her two young sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
Spears arrived late to the hearing which started at 9am PST, then got back into her car after saying “I’m scared. I want to get in the car. I’m going in the car.” Police could not coax her out of her car and she drove away. She later came back, but left shortly after arriving again.
The court hearing was focused on the Jan. 3 standoff Britney had with authorities at her Studio City home where she locked herself in a room with her youngest son Jayden James. Kevin Federline’s lawyer wants all of Britney’s visitation rights to be taken away.
It’s gotten to the point where nothing Britney does surprises me anymore. Actually scratch that. I would be surprised if she showed up on time and didn’t act like such a wacko. Whatever this chick is so off the deep end, it probably is best for her not to have contact with her kids until she can pull her shit together. Let’s hope that happens soon because the ruckus that surrounds her life is out of control, and quite frankly, I don’t like hearing about it anymore.
Is Britney Spears headed for the chapel again? According to Star Magazine, Britney is planning to get married to her creepy hanger-on/manager, Sam Lutfi, in Las Vegas. However her those close to her are concerned about the negative influence Lutfi has on her, and her lawyers have urged her to get a pre-nup. A source close to Britney’s ex husband, Kevin Federline, says he is also concerned about Brit’s plans to marry Lutfi.
“Kevin has seen Sam lose his temper. We hear he swears a lot and makes very derogatory statements when he’s alone with Brit. Kevin has forbidden Britney from having Sam around the boys. In fact, Kevin has threatened to get a restraining order. She’ll lose custody if she allows Sam around them, Kevin will make sure of it.”
But will the danger of losing her kids be enough to keep Brit from heading down the aisle a third time? A Star source claims it’s unlikely. “Britney is completely under Sam’s spell. Everyone sees through him, except her. I hear that he stays with her most of the time, and she pays for his food, his bar and restaurant tabs and his clothing. She takes car of everything.”
Who would’ve thought 1 year ago, that Kevin Federline would be the sane and reasonable parent in this whole mess. Sure he is probably doing it partly for the money, but at least he still has his kids’ best interests at heart. Britney is just batshit. Hopefully for her, it’s just a rumor, but with this chick anything can happen.
Britney Spears did not appear at a scheduled deposition today. Spears was supposed to give testimony about her parenting and alcohol and drug use in her ongoing custody battle with ex husband Kevin Federline, but called in sick. At a press conference, KFed’s lawyer spoke of Spears’ no-show.
Approximately 10 minutes after her council appeared they were notified that because of an illness or medical condition Ms. Spears would not appear today and consequently the depsition is not going forward.
Apparently the cause of illness is anxiety from all the media attention. A source close to Britney said:
There’s a million people outside of her house. She can see all the other madness (presumably she’s looking at our live streaming video). The anxiety is making her sick. It’s just too crazy.
This is pretty ridiculous. First of all, everyone knows Britney LOVES the attention. Not showing is just another way for her to get even more attention. Ugh, I am so sick of this chick, I should stop writing about her!
According to In Touch, Britney Spears is pregnant with her third child, and the father is none other than…J.R. Rotem! You remember that guy right? The sleazy producer she got with after she broke up with KFed. In Touch spoke directly with Rotem who confirmed the news.
When asked about the pregnancy, J.R. confirmed exclusively to In Touch that Britney is carrying his child. “It’s true,” he says. On November 16, she proudly e-mailed a copy of the ultrasound to her inner circle. For all her recent troubles, she seems convinced that having another baby will turn her life around — and she believes that J.R. will make a great father, even though he explicitly talked about their sex life in Blender magazine earlier this year.
I didn’t think she could get any worse than KFed, but she even managed to do that with this guy. I didn’t think it was possible, but Britney always finds a way to attract the trashiness. I mean J.R. Rotem makes KFed look like a good catch! Poor kids.

Britney Spears has lost visitation rights to her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James. Commissioner Scott Gordon took away Britney’s visitation after KFed’s lawyer called an emergency hearing on Wednesday. The reason cited for this was because Britney did not comply with a court order to undergo random drug testing.
Can this girl be any more stupid? Just give KFed the kids already. They will probably be much better off, even if he is a jackass. There is just no excuse for Britney acting this way. She’s not some confused little girl who is lost. She is a grown ass woman with two young kids and too much money for her own good. Ugh so sick of her.

A Los Angeles judge has just granted full custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James to Kevin Federline. Britney Spears must surrender her kids over to him beginning Wednesday, October 3rd.
Previously, Spears and Federline shared 50/50 custody of the kids, and were ordered to submit to random drug and alcohol testing as well as meet with a parenting coach in order to maintain their custody rights. However Spears, it has been reported, failed her court ordered drug tests. KFed’s lawyer also ratted her out to the court that she was driving without a valid license, so that’s what might have caused her to lose custody.
I am so not surprised by this news. Anyone who’s seen photos of Britney partying it up after the judge issued his strict rules knew that it was just a matter of time before she lost custody. But if anyone told me a year ago that Britney would lose custody of her kids to KFed, I would’ve called them crazy. My how things have changed. Maybe this is the wake up call she needs to get her life back on track.
