Britney Spears’ former manager Larry Rudolph has finally been subpeonaed by KFed’s lawyers, in the custody battle between her and Kevin Federline.  Rudolph, who went into hiding to avoid being supeonaed, said he did not want to get involved in the dispute and wanted to avoid giving damaging testimony against Britney.   He was served in West Hollywood outside of Sunset Tan.  While in hiding he said:

I have consulted with my lawyers and I do understand that eventually the time will come when they will find me, but until then, I’m trying to avoid being brought into this mess. She’s going through so much right now and I wish Britney the best.

He also admitted that what he has to say “would not be good for Britney”.

As far as I can tell, they only got the Britster on bad dental hygiene for her kids and poor eating and sleeping habits.  Hell, if you can get custody taken away for that, then I know loads of families that would be in deep shit.

In other Britney news, it’s reported that she makes about $737,868 per month!  No wonder Kevin wants more custody; he’s trying to get his hands on more cash.  How is it possible to still earn that much, when she hasn’t worked in like…5 years?!

Kevin’s lawyer’s want Britney to pay Kevin’s legal bills which exceed $40,000.

Britney Spears’ father, Jamie Spears speaks out about his daughter’s problems, and defends her former manager, Larry Rudolph.  Spears sent an email to the New York Post’s Page Six column where he writes:

When Larry Rudolph talked Britney into going into rehab, he was doing what her mother, father and team of professionals with over 100 years of experience knew needed to be done.  She was out of control. Larry was the one chosen by the team to roll up his sleeves and deliver the message, to help save her life.

The Spears family would like to publicly apologize to Larry for our daughter’s statements about him over the past few weeks. Unfortunately, she blames him and her family for where she is at today with her kids and career. Larry has always been there for Britney. For this, we will forever be grateful to him.

Why can’t people just shut their pie holes?  Seriously. In situations such as these, one would think the father would stand by the daughter, but no.  Mr. Spears has to publicly come out and question his daughter (who probably supported him financially). Now I know why Britney Spears is so fucked up.  Her family does not help the situation at all.

Britney Spears is smartening up.  She’s blaming her manager, Larry Rudolph, for introducing her to Paris Hilton, thus commencing her downward spiral in to craziness.  Spears is also pissed at Rudolph for making her enter rehab. Page Six reports:

…an insider claims she fired her manager of several months, Larry Rudolph, on Friday. Spears… blames Rudolph for recent missteps, including introducing her to her nemesis, Paris Hilton.

Right on.  No manager looking out for your best interests would introduce you to Paris Hilton. In fact, I would go so far to as say that anyone who would do that probably hates you.
