In it, she charges that Sam yelled at Britney, saying “that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about Adnan [Ghalib], her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve the kids.”

He then threatened Lynn to do what he says, because he controls Britney, and her business manager Howard Grossman. He also reportedly threw out all of Britney’s cell phone chargers and cut her home phone line. In her declaration, Lynn also recounts the night Britney got into a fight with Sam and was seen crying on the sidewalk.

This past Monday night (January 28), Britney’s father, Jamie, and I (in separate cars) went to Britney’s house in Beverly Hills because we had heard news reports that Britney had just been in a big fight with Osama aka Sam Lutfi (”Sam), the man who has inserted himself into my daughter’s life, home, and finances, and that she was crying.

Britney Spears’ father and the lawyers in her custody case are in court now fighting over conservatorship of Spears and her estate, which is worth an estimated $40 million. Trope and Trope, the law firm representing her in her custody case as well as estate lawyer, Adam Streisand say they want Jamie Spears removed as Britney’s conservator because they say Britney hates him, and they want someone else appointed her conservator. Jamie Spears wants the power to fire Trope and Trope as her lawyers because he does not like their close relationship with Sam Lutfi.

Speaking of Sam, officials have not been able to serve him a restraining order to stay away from Britney because he won’t answer his door. He has been in contact with her through telephone calls, thus violating the restraining order, according to TMZ.

Also, a court appointed lawyer just testified that Britney is unfit to care for herself or understand the legal proceedings going on on her behalf. This might hurt Trope and Trope and Streisand’s chances of removing Jamie Spears as conservator because they have to prove that she hired them on her behalf.

So much drama! So many greedy ass people trying to take advantage of a sick young lady. I really think her father has her best interests at heart and wants her to get better. I wonder why she hates him so much? I figured Britney’s relationship with her father was better than with her mother. Anyways, her money should just be put in a trust for her kids when they grow up. Can they do that?

UPDATE 

Ok here’s the latest update from the court hearing today.  According to TMZ:

• Jamie Spears and Andrew Wallet are still the co-conservators of Britney’s estate
• Jamie Spears cannot fire Trope and Trope from representing Britney in her custody case
• Sam Lutfi cannot contact Britney in any way
• The conservatorship will last until Valentines day.  In the meantime, they will have a hearing to examine Britney’s mental competency.

I don’t know if this is a joke, but I sure hope it is. Heidi Montag has no business trying to sing or dance for that matter. Here she is trying to do both while frolicking on a beach. This video looks so low-rent and cheesy, it’s gotta be a joke. No one can be this delusional.

Paula Abdul performed at the Super Bowl pre-game show in a pre-taped video. I guess Fox didn’t trust her to do a decent live performance. I wouldn’t either. So here is Paula lip synching her new song “Dance Like There’s No Tomorrow”. I feel like playing Guitar Hero after watching this for some reason.

By the way, GO GIANTS!!! I’m not a fan of the Giants in particular, but man was it great to see Tom Brady get knocked on his ass play after play. Hahahaha take that Patriots! 18-1!!!

There’s a whole lotta Britney Spears news going on today.  With all the commotion around her, it’s no wonder why she generates hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue.  Anyways, the latest controversy surrounding our heroine is her emergency hospitalization last night.  Her new psychiatrist visited her and saw that she was a danger to herself.  He had  her committed to the UCLA Medical Center where she is currently on psychiatric hold for 72 hours.

According to TMZ, this intervention of sorts had been planned for a while.  Britney’s parents, Lynn and Jamie, also showed up, and were at the hospital with their daughter.

TMZ has learned the plan to get Britney into UCLA Medical Center had been hatched for days — it was aborted last night, but executed just minutes ago. And we’re told the plan was so intricate the FAA had cleared airspace in route to the hospital.

Back at her house, Britney’s psychiatrist told her she was going to the hospital. Her response was, “Is something wrong?” She was not resistant. She made hot chocolate and waited before paramedics arrived and placed her on a gurney.

We’re told the psychiatrist felt her condition had deteriorated. Britney had not slept since Saturday — a day and half longer than she stayed up in recent memory.

The reason she’s at UCLA is her new treating psychiatrist practices out of that medical center.

We’re told during her initial 72-hour stay she cannot be forced to take medication against her will. If, however, she refuses to take meds, the plan is for the the psych to go to court and have Britney held for an additional 14 days, during which time he can administer proper medications.

There is also a fight between Britney’s parents and her “manager” Sam Lutfi over who will be in charge of her medical decisions.  Sam thinks he is in control, but Brit’s parents will have none of it.  Lawyers have been brought in to settle the dispute, but according to TMZ it is looking favorable for Brit’s parents.

TMZ has learned Britney’s parents have won round one in the tug of war with Sam Lutfi. We’re told the doctors at UCLA are now “fully cooperating” with the parents in the treatment of Britney Spears, however, the war probably is not over until a judge signs an order as to who has control.

Phew, I’m glad of that, for Britney’s sake.  That Sam Lutfi guy just spells trouble.  On the other hand, you could say that Lynn and Jamie’s parenting of Britney helped her get to where she is now, which is the loony bin.  But they are still family, and family wins out over shifty sneaky hangers-on who have a history of disturbing behavior.

And hey maybe this is the beginning of a “calm, fitter, healthier and more productive”…Britney!!!
